During check-out at your DreamVille accommodation, the Festival Organizer will check the state of the accommodation.

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to charge You the cost of rectifying damage, caused by Your deliberate, negligent or reckless act to the accommodation. A Business Package includes non-personalized Festival admission tickets and grants access to the Festival and the dedicated B2B areas the Balcony, the Lounge by Vallformosa and Skybox, all including drinks and food across the Festival premises.

Business Packages do not include DreamVille tickets. A minimum purchase obligation of 10 Business Packages always applies. A purchase is always pending approval by the Festival Organizer. Reselling Business Packages is not allowed, and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel the tickets and claim further damages in case of non-compliance. Business Packages will be sent digitally via e-mail to the Main Buyer. Ticket holders must bring their e-ticket to the Welcome desk at the Main Entrance to be granted access to the Festival and the dedicated B2B Areas. Business Packages are non-personalized.

Business Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded. Payment needs to be received by the Festival Organizer at least seven 7 days after sending its pro forma invoice to the Company.
