Not for my knees. Studio-wise, I have a 2x12" cabinet that I built for that purpose it's also stereo. I stopped using a full stack decades ago, and being a sound engineer, I've seen too many guitarists blowing the audience away, piercing their ears with the highs, because the guitar cab is pointed at their knees, not their ears.

So the angled cab is for me. I got these things called "tone controls" on my amp, so I opened up the AX cab to take a look under the hood. At first glance the G12Ms did not say Made In UK on them like the G12Hs apparently do, but on further inspection there are stickers on the sides of the magnets. Also the back panels are made of plywood. The center post wobbled so I added 2 screws. All in all I am very happy with these cabs, very different "vintage" sound from my s A and B cabs.

They have a nice spicy detailed crunch. The 2 versions are a bit different, the X being a bit more scooped than the HWs which are throaty with extra midrange. I am going to try to have both full stacks set up when the BX arrives hopefully after the new year. I just am not sure if I will blow my ears out or not. Top Mentioned Manufacturers.
